GONOKAMI SEISAKUSHO is a ramen restaurant with nine locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Taiwan. The rich flavors of the ingredients that come to the fore in such dishes as “Tai Ramen” made with a blend of roasted sea bream and chicken broth, rich “Ebi Tsukemen” (shrimp tsukemen), and “Niboshi Ramen” (boiled dried ramen) attract many fans.
The restaurant is one of the best in Tokyo, and has been selected as one of the “100 Best Ramen Restaurants in Tokyo” in Japan’s largest restaurant database, “Eat Log,” every year since 2017.
The Tokyo Shamo Poultry Farmers Union has teamed up with Mr. Shinkei Ito of GONOKAMI SEISAKUSHO to develop Tokyo Shamo Ramen.
The dish was created in Akiruno, where Tokyo shamo grows, to allow people to fully enjoy the taste of Tokyo shamo. Combined with Akiruno’s local ingredients, the ramen will showcase the local goodness of Akiruno. To let ramen fans in Japan and abroad enjoy Tokyo Shamo ramen.
